    Day 01: Arrival in Leh – Acclimatization and Leisure

    Meal: Dinner Upon your arrival at Leh Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel for check-in. Today is reserved for relaxation and acclimatization to the high-altitude climate. Take this opportunity to explore Leh Town, soak in the peaceful atmosphere, and get familiar with the region. Overnight stay at the hotel in Leh.

    Day 02: Spiritual Exploration and Leh Local Sights

    Meal: Breakfast and Dinner After breakfast, embark on a day of spiritual and cultural exploration. Visit the famous Hemis Monastery, Thiksey Monastery, and Shey Palace, and then head to Rancho School (the site from the movie 3 Idiots). Explore the beautiful Sindhu Ghat, Stok Palace, Hall of Fame, Leh Palace, and end the day with a visit to the tranquil Shanti Stupa. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Leh.

    Day 03: Khardungla Adventure and Sham Valley Wonders

    Meal: Breakfast and Dinner After breakfast, prepare for an exciting journey to the mighty Khardung La Pass, the highest motorable road in the world at 18,380 feet. Spend some time enjoying the breathtaking views and snow (if available) before heading back down. On your way, visit the Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, marvel at the magnetic forces at Magnetic Hill, and witness the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar Rivers at Sangam. Return to Leh for dinner and an overnight stay.

    Day 04: Departure from Leh

    2. The company reserves the right to reschedule sightseeing days to ensure the smooth execution of tours. All guests must carry a valid Indian government-issued photo address proof, including for children.
    3. Please provide your pick-up and drop-off times.
    4. For those booking only the cab service, please book or look for hotels within a 9 to 10 km radius of the main city to avoid extra travel charges. Cab operator service hours for local sightseeing are from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM. For safety reasons, please avoid late-night walks. If the vehicle is used late at night, additional compensation for the driver will be required. Please consider all sightseeing activities as per the time and travel schedule. There are no timing restrictions on arrival and departure days.
    5. Please respond by return mail so we can proceed with the advance booking formalities. Upon reflecting the amount in our account, we will send you a reservation voucher.
    6. Help us keep our surroundings clean by avoiding littering, spitting, drinking, and smoking in public places and in all aspects (advisory only).
    7. AC is complimentary in flat areas, but in hill stations, AC will not be used (mostly for North India and North East regions). All vehicles hired are on a point-to-point basis and not on disposal. If AC services are required in hill areas, it will be on a direct payment basis.
    8. Sightseeing days may need to be rescheduled due to the closing of any monument on a particular day to ensure the smooth execution of tours.
    9. Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policies.
    10. Meal timings must be followed as instructed by the hotels. We shall not be responsible for any un-availed meals.
    11. In case of non-payment, either advance or remaining, the company has the right to stop services.
    12. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather and are not liable for it.
    13. In Himachal, Leh Ladakh, Kashmir, Uttarakhand, and North East, the facilities of hotels, services, aids, etc., cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in these regions are categorized based on location, services, and cost, and not as per star categorization (1*, 2*, 3*, 4*, 5*, etc.).

    Booking Policy

    1. Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, including passport, visa, and travel insurance, are in order.

    No discount will be provided after confirmation.

    1. The company shall not be responsible for any delays or cancellations due to heavy traffic jams, blocked roads, technical faults, strikes, natural disasters, or any unforeseen events. Such situations may also require extra services at additional costs.

    Reservation Policy for Package Booking

    1. To secure your package booking, an initial payment of 50% is required at the time of reservation.
    2. The remaining 50% of the package cost will be collected either upon arrival on the first day of the tour or 1-7 days prior to the trip.

    Reservation Policy for Flight/Train/Bus Booking1

    1. For flight, train, or bus bookings, a 100% payment is required to confirm the reservation.

    Fixed Departure Dates: The tour will depart on the fixed dates mentioned in the itinerary. No changes or amendments will be allowed.

    Company's Rights: The company reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural calamities, political unrest, or other factors beyond our control.

    2. -If cancelled 30 days or more prior to departure: 20% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
    3. -If cancelled between 15-29 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
    4. -If cancelled between 0-14 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be deducted.

  2. Leh Airport (Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport) is the main airport serving the region, and it’s the fastest way to reach Leh.
  3. Flights from Major Cities:
  4. From Delhi: The most frequent and reliable route is from Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi, to Leh. Several airlines such as Air India, IndiGo, and GoAir operate regular flights to Leh, with a flight duration of approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
  5. From Srinagar: Flights from Srinagar to Leh are also available, usually operating during the summer months.
  6. From Other Cities: There are connecting flights through Delhi or Srinagar for those traveling from other cities. However, Leh doesn’t have direct flights from most major cities like Mumbai or Bangalore.
  7. Important Tip: Flights are subject to weather conditions, especially during winter when heavy snowfall can disrupt air traffic. The best time to fly is during May to October.

  9. Traveling by road to Leh is a remarkable journey that offers an opportunity to explore the rugged beauty of the Himalayas. There are two main routes:
  10. a) Manali to Leh (via Manali-Leh Highway)
  11. Distance: Approximately 475 kilometers.
  12. Duration: It takes around 2 days to travel by road, depending on stops and acclimatization.
  13. Route Highlights: This route passes through the Rohtang Pass, Baralacha La, and Tanglang La, all of which offer spectacular views.
  14. Best Time: The Manali-Leh Highway is open from June to September. Snowfall and landslides can block this road during the winter months.
  15. Transportation Options:
  16. Private Vehicles: You can drive yourself or hire a vehicle. Ensure your vehicle is suitable for high-altitude and rough terrains.
  17. Buses: Luxury buses and state-run buses operate between Manali and Leh during the open season.

  28. 3. By Train (Indirect Route)
  29. There is no direct train to Leh, as the region doesn’t have a railway network.
  30. However, you can take a train to Jammu Tawi or Delhi and then travel by road to Leh. The train journey could be from Mumbai, Delhi, or other major cities to Jammu or Delhi, and then you can either fly or drive to Leh.
  31. Jammu to Leh is about 500 kilometers by road, and you can either hire a taxi or take a bus from Jammu to Leh.
