    Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, meet our representative and get transferred to the houseboat. Afterwards visit famous Mughal Gardens like Nishat Garden, Shalimar Garden, Chashma Shahi, Pari Mahal/ Shakar Acharya Temple. Evening will be free for leisure activities. Overnight Stay in a Houseboat. Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir is located in the heart of the Kashmir valley at an altitude of 1,730 m above sea level. Spread on both sides of the river Jhelum the city is famous for its natural beauty, gardens, waterfronts and houseboats. Srinagar is called the city of lakes and the Venice of the East, fascinating tourists from centuries with its beautiful picturesque Himalayan backdrop, glittering lakes that are surrounded by houseboats and Shikaras and the majesty of Mughal architecture. The very absence of order in the location of the houses and their tumbled down appearance add a peculiar charm to the scenery.     2. The company reserves the right to reschedule sightseeing days to ensure the smooth execution of tours. All guests must carry a valid Indian government-issued photo address proof, including for children.
    3. Please provide your pick-up and drop-off times.
    4. For those booking only the cab service, please book or look for hotels within a 9 to 10 km radius of the main city to avoid extra travel charges. Cab operator service hours for local sightseeing are from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM. For safety reasons, please avoid late-night walks. If the vehicle is used late at night, additional compensation for the driver will be required. Please consider all sightseeing activities as per the time and travel schedule. There are no timing restrictions on arrival and departure days.
    5. Please respond by return mail so we can proceed with the advance booking formalities. Upon reflecting the amount in our account, we will send you a reservation voucher.
    6. Help us keep our surroundings clean by avoiding littering, spitting, drinking, and smoking in public places and in all aspects (advisory only).
    7. AC is complimentary in flat areas, but in hill stations, AC will not be used (mostly for North India and North East regions). All vehicles hired are on a point-to-point basis and not on disposal. If AC services are required in hill areas, it will be on a direct payment basis.
    8. Sightseeing days may need to be rescheduled due to the closing of any monument on a particular day to ensure the smooth execution of tours.
    9. Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policies.
    10. Meal timings must be followed as instructed by the hotels. We shall not be responsible for any un-availed meals.
    11. In case of non-payment, either advance or remaining, the company has the right to stop services.
    12. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather and are not liable for it.
    13. In Himachal, Leh Ladakh, Kashmir, Uttarakhand, and North East, the facilities of hotels, services, aids, etc., cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in these regions are categorized based on location, services, and cost, and not as per star categorization (1*, 2*, 3*, 4*, 5*, etc.).

    The company shall not be responsible for any delays or cancellations due to heavy traffic jams, blocked roads, technical faults, strikes, natural disasters, or any unforeseen events. Such situations may also require extra services at additional costs.

    Reservation Policy for Package Booking

    To secure your package booking, an initial payment of 50% is required at the time of reservation.

    The remaining 50% of the package cost will be collected either upon arrival on the first day of the tour or 1-7 days prior to the trip.

    Reservation Policy for Flight/Train/Bus Booking1

    For flight, train, or bus bookings, a 100% payment is required to confirm the reservation.

    Cancellation Before 30 Days of Departure:

    If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the scheduled departure date, you will receive a full refund minus a cancellation fee of [percentage or amount].

    Cancellation Between 15-30 Days of Departure:

    If the cancellation occurs between 15 and 30 days before departure, you will be refunded 50% of the total booking amount. The remaining 50% will be retained as a cancellation fee.

    Cancellation Within 15 Days of Departure:

    Cancellations made within 15 days of the departure date will not be eligible for a refund.

    Cancellation Due to Force Majeure:

    If you are unable to travel due to unforeseen circumstances beyond your control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), we offer a full refund or rebooking option.

    Refund Process:

    Once a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within [X] working days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the booking.

    Refund for Unused Services:

    Refund for Last-Minute Cancellations:

    For last-minute cancellations within 15 days of the trip, no refund will be provided for any services that have already been confirmed or paid for.

    No Refund for No Shows:

    No refund will be issued if you fail to show up for the booked trip without prior notice of cancellation.

The fastest way to reach Kashmir is by air.

Destination Airport: Srinagar International Airport (SXR).

Major Connections: Srinagar is well-connected to cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Chandigarh.

Domestic Flights: Daily flights are available from major Indian airports.

From the Airport: You can take a taxi to Srinagar city (approximately 12 km).

2. By Train

Kashmir does not have a direct train connection yet, but you can reach nearby railway stations:

Closest Stations:

Jammu Tawi (JAT) – 265 km from Srinagar.

Udhampur Railway Station – 200 km from Srinagar.

Further Travel: From Jammu or Udhampur, you can take a taxi, private car, or bus to Srinagar.

3. By Road

Traveling to Kashmir by road is scenic but time-consuming.

From Jammu:

Distance: ~265 km.

Time: 8-10 hours by car or bus.

Route: Jammu → Udhampur → Patnitop → Banihal → Qazigund → Srinagar.

National Highways: NH-44 connects Jammu to Srinagar.

Private Vehicles/Buses: Luxury buses and shared taxis operate daily from Jammu.

4. By Bus

Government Buses: JKSRTC operates deluxe and semi-deluxe buses from Jammu to Srinagar.

Private Buses: Several private operators run services from Delhi and other northern cities to Jammu/Srinagar.
