Ltd., as we traverse from the cultural capital of Delhi to the serene mountain retreats of Chakrata, the spiritual banks of Rishikesh, the Himalayan gateway of Joshimath, and the scenic slopes of Auli. Continue to the panoramic vistas of Kausani, explore the mystical caves of Patal Bhuvaneshwar, and unwind at the tranquil lakes of Naukuchiatal.   • Itinerary

    Day 1 : Meet in Delhi and Depart for Chakrata (Overnight Journey)

    We meet at Akshardham Metro Station by 10 PM. After introductions and a short briefing, we begin our overnight journey to Chakrata. The distance is approximately 350 km from Delhi, with an estimated travel time of 8 hours.

    Day 2 : Arrival in Chakrata | Acclimatization and Short Hike

    We arrive in Chakrata early in the morning. Following room allotment and some time to freshen up, we gather for breakfast. The day is meant for acclimatization and rest to ease into the mountain environment. After lunch, we head for a short hike near the property, returning by sunset. In the evening, we gather around a bonfire for a briefing about the upcoming days. Dinner and overnight stay in Chakrata.

    Day 3 : Chakrata to Rishikesh | Ganga Aarti & Local Exploration

    After breakfast, we depart for Rishikesh, a journey of approximately 150 km (around 5 hours). Upon arrival in the afternoon, we check into our rooms and rest for a while. Later, we visit the iconic Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula, followed by experiencing the serene Ganga Aarti on the ghats. We return to the property in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay in Rishikesh.

    Day 4 : Rishikesh to Joshimath

    We start our journey to Joshimath after an early breakfast. Covering a distance of approximately 260 km (around 9 hours), we arrive by evening. Joshimath is a gateway to many Himalayan treks and expeditions. After check-in and some rest, we gather for dinner. Overnight stay in Joshimath.

    Day 5 : Excursion to Auli

    After breakfast, we leave for a day excursion to Auli, located just 16 km from Joshimath. Known as a popular ski destination, Auli offers stunning views of peaks like Nanda Devi, Kamet, and Mana Parvat. You can spend the day at leisure or try skiing and other activities. We return to Joshimath by evening. Dinner and overnight stay in Joshimath.

    Day 6 : Joshimath to Kausani

    Post an early breakfast, we depart for Kausani — a journey of approximately 190 km (about 7 hours). As we move from the Garhwal region into the Kumaon region of Uttarakhand, the landscape shifts beautifully. Kausani is famed for its panoramic views of Himalayan peaks such as Trishul, Nanda Devi, and Panchachuli. Upon arrival, we check into our hotel. The evening is at leisure to enjoy the surroundings. Dinner and overnight stay in Kausani.

    Day 7 : Kausani to Patal Bhuvaneshwar | Explore the Cave Temples

    After breakfast, we set out for Patal Bhuvaneshwar (approximately 120 km, 4 hours). Located in a serene village, this mystical site is known for its 1-km-long underground cave temple, filled with fascinating formations and legends. We explore the area and return to our property by evening. Dinner and overnight stay at Patal Bhuvaneshwar.

    Day 8 : Patal Bhuvaneshwar to Naukuchiatal | Nature Walks & Lake Exploration

    We depart after an early breakfast for Naukuchiatal (approximately 170 km, around 6 hours). This charming hill station, known as the “lake of nine corners,” is surrounded by lush forests and is rich in birdlife and natural beauty. After checking into the property in the afternoon, we spend the evening exploring the lake and nearby surroundings. Dinner and overnight stay in Naukuchiatal.

    Day 9 : Naukuchiatal to New Delhi | Departure

    After a relaxed morning, we set out for our return journey to New Delhi. The scenic drive takes us through the beautiful landscapes of Uttarakhand as we make our way back to the city. The tour concludes upon our arrival in Delhi. End of Tour.

    2. The company reserves the right to reschedule sightseeing days to ensure the smooth execution of tours. All guests must carry a valid Indian government-issued photo address proof, including for children.
    3. Please provide your pick-up and drop-off times.
    4. For those booking only the cab service, please book or look for hotels within a 9 to 10 km radius of the main city to avoid extra travel charges. Cab operator service hours for local sightseeing are from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM. For safety reasons, please avoid late-night walks. If the vehicle is used late at night, additional compensation for the driver will be required. Please consider all sightseeing activities as per the time and travel schedule. There are no timing restrictions on arrival and departure days.
    5. Please respond by return mail so we can proceed with the advance booking formalities. Upon reflecting the amount in our account, we will send you a reservation voucher.
    6. Help us keep our surroundings clean by avoiding littering, spitting, drinking, and smoking in public places and in all aspects (advisory only).
    7. AC is complimentary in flat areas, but in hill stations, AC will not be used (mostly for North India and North East regions). All vehicles hired are on a point-to-point basis and not on disposal. If AC services are required in hill areas, it will be on a direct payment basis.
    8. Sightseeing days may need to be rescheduled due to the closing of any monument on a particular day to ensure the smooth execution of tours.
    9. Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policies.
    10. Meal timings must be followed as instructed by the hotels. We shall not be responsible for any un-availed meals.
    11. In case of non-payment, either advance or remaining, the company has the right to stop services.
    12. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather and are not liable for it.
    13. In Himachal, Leh Ladakh, Kashmir, Uttarakhand, and North East, the facilities of hotels, services, aids, etc., cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in these regions are categorized based on location, services, and cost, and not as per star categorization (1*, 2*, 3*, 4*, 5*, etc.).

    4. The company shall not be responsible for any delays or cancellations due to heavy traffic jams, blocked roads, technical faults, strikes, natural disasters, or any unforeseen events. Such situations may also require extra services at additional costs.
    5. Reservation Policy for Package Booking
    6. To secure your package booking, an initial payment of 50% is required at the time of reservation.
    7. The remaining 50% of the package cost will be collected either upon arrival on the first day of the tour or 1-7 days prior to the trip.

    9. For flight, train, or bus bookings, a 100% payment is required to confirm the reservation.

    15. Fixed Departure Dates: The tour will depart on the fixed dates mentioned in the itinerary. No changes or amendments will be allowed.
    16. Company's Rights: The company reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural calamities, political unrest, or other factors beyond our control.

    2. -If cancelled 30 days or more prior to departure: 20% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
    3. -If cancelled between 15-29 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
    4. -If cancelled between 0-14 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
