This two-day trek is perfect for both beginners and seasoned trekkers, combining scenic trails, cultural encounters, and exhilarating mountain views. The journey begins with a scenic drive from Dehradun to Pantwari, followed by a trek through dense forests, quaint villages, and lush meadows to the Nag Mandir Campsite. On the second day, adventurers ascend to the summit of Nag Tibba, the highest peak in the region, where they are rewarded with panoramic views of the Himalayas, including peaks like Swargarohini, Bandarpoonch, and Trishul. After enjoying the summit’s vistas, trekkers descend back to Pantwari for a return to Dehradun. With well-organized camping, local meals, and a chance to bond around a bonfire, this trek is designed to give you a true taste of the Himalayan spirit, making it a perfect getaway for nature lovers and adventure seekers alike.

    Day 2: Nag Mandir Base Camp to Summit & Return to Dehradun

    Start the day with an early morning, steep trek to the summit of Nag Tibba. The summit is situated 3 km from Nag Mandir, and it usually takes about 2-3 hours to reach, depending on snow conditions along the trail. At the top, take in breathtaking panoramic views of iconic Himalayan peaks such as Trishul, Nanda Devi, Srikanth, Swargarohini, Black Peak, and Bandarpoonch. After soaking in the views, descend back to the Nag Mandir campsite for a well-earned lunch. Following lunch, we begin our 3-hour descent to Pantwari. Once at Pantwari, our vehicle will be waiting to take you back to Dehradun Railway Station for your onward journey, concluding an unforgettable Himalayan adventure.

    2. The company reserves the right to reschedule sightseeing days to ensure the smooth execution of tours. All guests must carry a valid Indian government-issued photo address proof, including for children.
    3. Please provide your pick-up and drop-off times.
    4. For those booking only the cab service, please book or look for hotels within a 9 to 10 km radius of the main city to avoid extra travel charges. Cab operator service hours for local sightseeing are from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM. For safety reasons, please avoid late-night walks. If the vehicle is used late at night, additional compensation for the driver will be required. Please consider all sightseeing activities as per the time and travel schedule. There are no timing restrictions on arrival and departure days.
    5. Please respond by return mail so we can proceed with the advance booking formalities. Upon reflecting the amount in our account, we will send you a reservation voucher.
    6. Help us keep our surroundings clean by avoiding littering, spitting, drinking, and smoking in public places and in all aspects (advisory only).
    7. AC is complimentary in flat areas, but in hill stations, AC will not be used (mostly for North India and North East regions). All vehicles hired are on a point-to-point basis and not on disposal. If AC services are required in hill areas, it will be on a direct payment basis.
    8. Sightseeing days may need to be rescheduled due to the closing of any monument on a particular day to ensure the smooth execution of tours.
    9. Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policies.
    10. Meal timings must be followed as instructed by the hotels. We shall not be responsible for any un-availed meals.
    11. In case of non-payment, either advance or remaining, the company has the right to stop services.
    12. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather and are not liable for it.
    13. In Himachal, Leh Ladakh, Kashmir, Uttarakhand, and North East, the facilities of hotels, services, aids, etc., cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in these regions are categorized based on location, services, and cost, and not as per star categorization (1*, 2*, 3*, 4*, 5*, etc.).

    2. Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, including passport, visa, and travel insurance, are in order.
    3. No discount will be provided after confirmation.
    4. The company shall not be responsible for any delays or cancellations due to heavy traffic jams, blocked roads, technical faults, strikes, natural disasters, or any unforeseen events. Such situations may also require extra services at additional costs.
    5. Reservation Policy for Package Booking
    6. To secure your package booking, an initial payment of 50% is required at the time of reservation.
    7. The remaining 50% of the package cost will be collected either upon arrival on the first day of the tour or 1-7 days prior to the trip.

    9. For flight, train, or bus bookings, a 100% payment is required to confirm the reservation.

    15. Fixed Departure Dates: The tour will depart on the fixed dates mentioned in the itinerary. No changes or amendments will be allowed.
    16. Company's Rights: The company reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural calamities, political unrest, or other factors beyond our control.

    2. -If cancelled 30 days or more prior to departure: 20% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
    3. -If cancelled between 15-29 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
    4. -If cancelled between 0-14 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be deducted.

  1. To Jolly Grant Airport (Dehradun): The nearest airport is Jolly Grant Airport, approximately 35 km from Dehradun. From there, you can take a taxi to Dehradun Railway Station, and then continue by road to Pantwari.
