  • Itinerary

    The journey begins as the group assembles at the designated pick-up point Majnu Ka Tila by 9:00 PM tentative. After meeting the team captains and attending a brief orientation session the group boards the bus and sets off on an overnight journey to Shimla. This night marks the beginning of a memorable escape into the lap of the Himalayas.

    • No Meal

    Arriving in Shimla early in the morning the group switches to Tempo Travelers for a more intimate and scenic drive through the stunning Hindustan-Tibet Highway. En route to Chitkul travelers will pass through charming hill towns including Kufri Narkanda Rampur Sangla and Rakcham with mesmerizing views of the Karcham Dam and Sutlej River accompanying the journey. Upon reaching Chitkul often called the last village of India guests will check into their accommodations and unwind. The evening will be spent enjoying group bonding activities followed by dinner and a peaceful overnight stay in Chitkul or Sangla.

    • Dinner

    After an early breakfast the group sets out to explore the quaint beauty of Chitkul. The day begins with a visit to the ISBT Camp offering panoramic views of the majestic Baspa Valley. There will be time to relax and soak in the serene ambiance by the Baspa riverside. The journey continues with a visit to the spiritual Kagyupa Temple followed by a stop at the iconic Hindustan Ka Aakhri Dhaba to taste authentic local cuisine. After a day filled with exploration and cultural immersion the group returns to the campsite or hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

    • Breakfast & Dinner

    After breakfast the group bids farewell to Chitkul and begins the return drive to Shimla. Upon arrival in Shimla they will board the overnight bus back to Delhi. The trip concludes the following morning as everyone parts ways with beautiful memories new friendships and the peaceful charm of the Himalayas etched in their hearts.

    2. The company reserves the right to reschedule sightseeing days to ensure the smooth execution of tours. All guests must carry a valid Indian government-issued photo address proof, including for children.
    3. Please provide your pick-up and drop-off times.
    4. For those booking only the cab service, please book or look for hotels within a 9 to 10 km radius of the main city to avoid extra travel charges. Cab operator service hours for local sightseeing are from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM. For safety reasons, please avoid late-night walks. If the vehicle is used late at night, additional compensation for the driver will be required. Please consider all sightseeing activities as per the time and travel schedule. There are no timing restrictions on arrival and departure days.
    5. Please respond by return mail so we can proceed with the advance booking formalities. Upon reflecting the amount in our account, we will send you a reservation voucher.
    6. Help us keep our surroundings clean by avoiding littering, spitting, drinking, and smoking in public places and in all aspects (advisory only).
    7. AC is complimentary in flat areas, but in hill stations, AC will not be used (mostly for North India and North East regions). All vehicles hired are on a point-to-point basis and not on disposal. If AC services are required in hill areas, it will be on a direct payment basis.
    8. Sightseeing days may need to be rescheduled due to the closing of any monument on a particular day to ensure the smooth execution of tours.
    9. Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policies.
    10. Meal timings must be followed as instructed by the hotels. We shall not be responsible for any un-availed meals.
    11. In case of non-payment, either advance or remaining, the company has the right to stop services.
    12. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather and are not liable for it.

These areas often have unique accommodations, ranging from basic guesthouses to luxury resorts, shaped by their geographical and cultural characteristics. In places like Andaman & Nicobar, Rajasthan, and Kerala, the focus is on proximity to natural attractions, heritage experiences, and local amenities, with star classification being less common in remote or heritage properties.

    6. To secure your package booking, an initial payment of 50% is required at the time of reservation.
    7. The remaining 50% of the package cost will be collected either upon arrival on the first day of the tour or 1-7 days prior to the trip.

By Air:

  2. Alternatively, you can fly into Chandigarh International Airport which is around 120 km from Shimla.
  3. From either airport, you can take a taxi or a private vehicle to Shimla, which is the starting point of the trip.

By Train:

  1. The nearest railway station to Shimla is Shimla Railway Station.
  2. Trains from Kalka (which connects to the broader rail network) to Shimla are available. The Kalka-Shimla Toy Train is a scenic and popular option.
  3. Upon arrival in Shimla, the group will meet at the pick-up point (Majnu Ka Tila) for the onward journey to Chitkul.

By Road:

  2. Regular volvo buses run from Delhi to Shimla, with several buses operating throughout the day and night.
  3. The travel time is approximately 7-8 hours.
  4. You can board the overnight bus from Delhi to Shimla, which is included in the itinerary.
  5. By Car:
  6. Shimla is well connected by road to major cities in North India.
  7. The distance from Delhi to Shimla is around 350 km and takes about 7-8 hours by car.
  8. Once you reach Shimla, you can proceed to the designated pick-up point for the onward journey to Chitkul.
