    Arrive in the scenic village of Kasol which serves as the base camp for the Sar Pass Trek. Check in at our campsite by 12 noon tentative. The rest of the day is free for leisure. Explore vibrant cafes take a stroll along the Parvati River or indulge in local sightseeing Evening group introduction session followed by dinner and overnight stay in Kasol

    2. The company reserves the right to reschedule sightseeing days to ensure the smooth execution of tours. All guests must carry a valid Indian government-issued photo address proof, including for children.
    3. Please provide your pick-up and drop-off times.
    4. For those booking only the cab service, please book or look for hotels within a 9 to 10 km radius of the main city to avoid extra travel charges. Cab operator service hours for local sightseeing are from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM. For safety reasons, please avoid late-night walks. If the vehicle is used late at night, additional compensation for the driver will be required. Please consider all sightseeing activities as per the time and travel schedule. There are no timing restrictions on arrival and departure days.
    5. Please respond by return mail so we can proceed with the advance booking formalities. Upon reflecting the amount in our account, we will send you a reservation voucher.
    6. Help us keep our surroundings clean by avoiding littering, spitting, drinking, and smoking in public places and in all aspects (advisory only).
    7. AC is complimentary in flat areas, but in hill stations, AC will not be used (mostly for North India and North East regions). All vehicles hired are on a point-to-point basis and not on disposal. If AC services are required in hill areas, it will be on a direct payment basis.
    8. Sightseeing days may need to be rescheduled due to the closing of any monument on a particular day to ensure the smooth execution of tours.
    9. Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policies.
    10. Meal timings must be followed as instructed by the hotels. We shall not be responsible for any un-availed meals.
    11. In case of non-payment, either advance or remaining, the company has the right to stop services.
    12. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather and are not liable for it.

These areas often have unique accommodations, ranging from basic guesthouses to luxury resorts, shaped by their geographical and cultural characteristics. In places like Andaman & Nicobar, Rajasthan, and Kerala, the focus is on proximity to natural attractions, heritage experiences, and local amenities, with star classification being less common in remote or heritage properties.

    6. To secure your package booking, an initial payment of 50% is required at the time of reservation.
    7. The remaining 50% of the package cost will be collected either upon arrival on the first day of the tour or 1-7 days prior to the trip.

The nearest airport is Bhuntar Airport also known as Kullu-Manali Airport, located about 30 kilometers from Kasol. From Bhuntar you can hire a taxi or take a bus to Kasol which takes around one hour.


By Train:

The nearest major railway station is Pathankot Railway Station approximately 150 kilometers away. From Pathankot you can take a bus or taxi to Kasol which takes about 5 to 6 hours.


By Road:

Kasol is well connected by road. Regular state-run and private buses operate from cities like Delhi Chandigarh and Manali to Kasol. You can also hire a taxi or drive on your own via NH 3 and NH 205.
