    Day 1: Arrival at Haridwar – Transfer to Chopta

    Arrive at Haridwar in the morning and begin your scenic drive to Chopta. Reach Chopta by evening. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in camps.

    Day 2: Trek to Tungnath & Chandrashila

    After breakfast, embark on a trek to the sacred Tungnath Temple and the stunning Chandrashila summit. Return to the campsite by lunchtime. The evening is at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay in Swiss camps at Chopta.

    Day 3: Chopta to Joshimath 135 km

    After breakfast, check out from the campsite and drive towards Joshimath. Arrive by evening and check in to your hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at Joshimath.

    Day 4: Auli Sightseeing | Overnight at Joshimath

    After breakfast, visit Auli’s major attractions including the Auli ropeway and Auli Lake. If visiting in the winter months, enjoy skiing and winter sports. Return to Joshimath for dinner and an overnight stay.

    Day 5: Joshimath to Kanatal | Overnight at Kanatal

    After breakfast, depart for Kanatal. Visit the revered Sukandari Devi Temple, perched at 3,000 meters and offering panoramic views. Arrive in Kanatal for dinner and overnight stay.

    Day 6: Kanatal Activities – Transfer to Mussoorie

    2. The company reserves the right to reschedule sightseeing days to ensure the smooth execution of tours. All guests must carry a valid Indian government-issued photo address proof, including for children.
    3. Please provide your pick-up and drop-off times.
    4. For those booking only the cab service, please book or look for hotels within a 9 to 10 km radius of the main city to avoid extra travel charges. Cab operator service hours for local sightseeing are from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM. For safety reasons, please avoid late-night walks. If the vehicle is used late at night, additional compensation for the driver will be required. Please consider all sightseeing activities as per the time and travel schedule. There are no timing restrictions on arrival and departure days.
    5. Please respond by return mail so we can proceed with the advance booking formalities. Upon reflecting the amount in our account, we will send you a reservation voucher.
    6. Help us keep our surroundings clean by avoiding littering, spitting, drinking, and smoking in public places and in all aspects (advisory only).
    7. AC is complimentary in flat areas, but in hill stations, AC will not be used (mostly for North India and North East regions). All vehicles hired are on a point-to-point basis and not on disposal. If AC services are required in hill areas, it will be on a direct payment basis.
    8. Sightseeing days may need to be rescheduled due to the closing of any monument on a particular day to ensure the smooth execution of tours.
    9. Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policies.
    10. Meal timings must be followed as instructed by the hotels. We shall not be responsible for any un-availed meals.
    11. In case of non-payment, either advance or remaining, the company has the right to stop services.
    12. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather and are not liable for it.
    13. In Himachal, Leh Ladakh, Kashmir, Uttarakhand, and North East, the facilities of hotels, services, aids, etc., cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in these regions are categorized based on location, services, and cost, and not as per star categorization (1*, 2*, 3*, 4*, 5*, etc.).

    2. Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, including passport, visa, and travel insurance, are in order.
    3. No discount will be provided after confirmation.
    4. The company shall not be responsible for any delays or cancellations due to heavy traffic jams, blocked roads, technical faults, strikes, natural disasters, or any unforeseen events. Such situations may also require extra services at additional costs.
    5. Reservation Policy for Package Booking
    6. To secure your package booking, an initial payment of 50% is required at the time of reservation.
    7. The remaining 50% of the package cost will be collected either upon arrival on the first day of the tour or 1-7 days prior to the trip.

    9. For flight, train, or bus bookings, a 100% payment is required to confirm the reservation.

    15. Fixed Departure Dates: The tour will depart on the fixed dates mentioned in the itinerary. No changes or amendments will be allowed.
    16. Company's Rights: The company reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural calamities, political unrest, or other factors beyond our control.

    2. -If cancelled 30 days or more prior to departure: 20% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
    3. -If cancelled between 15-29 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
    4. -If cancelled between 0-14 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
    5. No Refund Policy
    6. - No refund will be made for any unused services or features.
    7. - No refund will be made for any tour cancelled due to natural calamities, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances.
