  • Itinerary

    Day 1: Guwahati – Shillong (100 km / approx. 3 hrs)

    Welcome to Guwahati. Upon arrival, meet our representative at the airport or railway station and begin your journey to Shillong, fondly known as the "Scotland of the East." En route, take in the scenic beauty of Umiam Lake (Barapani), a serene expanse surrounded by rolling Khasi hills and pine groves under clear blue skies. On reaching Shillong, check in at your hotel. In the evening, you may explore the local markets at your leisure. Overnight stay in Shillong.

    • Dinner

    Day 2: Excursion to Cherrapunjee

    Start your day early to experience the crisp Shillong morning. After breakfast at 7:30 AM, set off on a picturesque drive to Cherrapunjee (60 km / approx. 1.5 hrs), one of the wettest places on Earth. Discover stunning waterfalls plunging into deep gorges, including the iconic Nohsngithiang Falls and the majestic Nohkalikai Falls. You can also explore fascinating limestone caves in the area. On your return journey to Shillong, visit the cascading Elephanta Falls and Shillong Peak for panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes. Overnight stay in Shillong.

    Day 3: Excursion to Mawlynnong Village

    After breakfast, embark on a day trip to Mawlynnong (90 km), celebrated as the cleanest village in India. Besides its immaculate lanes and vibrant gardens, the village is known for the incredible Living Root Bridge and the unique sight of a boulder precariously balanced on another rock. Located along the Indo-Bangladesh border, Mawlynnong offers charm and tranquility in equal measure. Later in the evening, return to Shillong. Overnight stay in Shillong.

    Day 4: Shillong – Guwahati

    After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Guwahati. On arrival, enjoy a scenic sunset cruise on the mighty Brahmaputra River, witnessing golden hues dance over the water. Later, you will be dropped at Guwahati railway station or airport for your onward journey.

    2. The company reserves the right to reschedule sightseeing days to ensure the smooth execution of tours. All guests must carry a valid Indian government-issued photo address proof, including for children.

    4. For those booking only the cab service, please book or look for hotels within a 9 to 10 km radius of the main city to avoid extra travel charges. Cab operator service hours for local sightseeing are from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM. For safety reasons, please avoid late-night walks. If the vehicle is used late at night, additional compensation for the driver will be required. Please consider all sightseeing activities as per the time and travel schedule. There are no timing restrictions on arrival and departure days.
    5. Please respond by return mail so we can proceed with the advance booking formalities. Upon reflecting the amount in our account, we will send you a reservation voucher.
    6. Help us keep our surroundings clean by avoiding littering, spitting, drinking, and smoking in public places and in all aspects (advisory only).
    7. AC is complimentary in flat areas, but in hill stations, AC will not be used (mostly for North India and North East regions). All vehicles hired are on a point-to-point basis and not on disposal. If AC services are required in hill areas, it will be on a direct payment basis.
    8. Sightseeing days may need to be rescheduled due to the closing of any monument on a particular day to ensure the smooth execution of tours.
    9. Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policies.
    10. Meal timings must be followed as instructed by the hotels. We shall not be responsible for any un-availed meals.
    11. In case of non-payment, either advance or remaining, the company has the right to stop services.
    12. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather and are not liable for it.
    13. In Himachal, Leh Ladakh, Kashmir, Uttarakhand, and North East, the facilities of hotels, services, aids, etc., cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in these regions are categorised based on location, services, and cost, and not as per star categorisation (1*, 2*, 3*, 4*, 5*, etc.).

    6. To secure your package booking, an initial payment of 50% is required at the time of reservation.
    7. The remaining 50% of the package cost will be collected either upon arrival on the first day of the tour or 1-7 days prior to the trip.

    3. -If cancelled between 15-29 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
