    Upon arrival in Manali check into your hotel and spend the day at leisure to acclimatize Explore the charming local market enjoy café hopping or take a light sightseeing tour at your own pace Return to the hotel in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay

    After breakfast check out of the hotel and attend a detailed trek briefing session by the trek leader Drive to Dhundhi a serene village in Solang Valley and the basecamp for the Friendship Peak trek Begin the trek to Bakarthatch an easy route with gentle ascents through beautiful forests and meadows Upon arrival settle into the campsite enjoy a warm dinner and stay overnight

    Wake up to mountain views and begin your trek to Lady Leg at 3900 meters the Advanced Base Camp The route today is steep and demanding with sedimentfilled trails requiring caution Marvel at the panoramic views of the Dhauladhar Range along the way Upon reaching Lady Leg relax explore the surroundings and enjoy dinner followed by an overnight stay

    After breakfast begin a short but vital trek to Camp 1 at 4800 meters to offload essential gear and begin high altitude acclimatization The gradual ascent takes you deeper into alpine terrain with majestic views of Hanuman Tibba and Deo Tibba Spend time at Camp 1 before returning to Lady Leg for rest dinner and overnight stay

    The big day begins early as we set off to summit Friendship Peak at 5289 meters The initial path is a snow covered flat section but it soon becomes a mix of steep climbs loose rocks and icy ridges After a challenging push reach the summit and witness breathtaking views of the Greater Himalayas Spend time soaking in the achievement then carefully descend back to Lady Leg campsite Dinner and overnight stay at the campsite

    2. The company reserves the right to reschedule sightseeing days to ensure the smooth execution of tours. All guests must carry a valid Indian government-issued photo address proof, including for children.
    3. Please provide your pick-up and drop-off times.
    4. For those booking only the cab service, please book or look for hotels within a 9 to 10 km radius of the main city to avoid extra travel charges. Cab operator service hours for local sightseeing are from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM. For safety reasons, please avoid late-night walks. If the vehicle is used late at night, additional compensation for the driver will be required. Please consider all sightseeing activities as per the time and travel schedule. There are no timing restrictions on arrival and departure days.
    5. Please respond by return mail so we can proceed with the advance booking formalities. Upon reflecting the amount in our account, we will send you a reservation voucher.
    6. Help us keep our surroundings clean by avoiding littering, spitting, drinking, and smoking in public places and in all aspects (advisory only).
    7. AC is complimentary in flat areas, but in hill stations, AC will not be used (mostly for North India and North East regions). All vehicles hired are on a point-to-point basis and not on disposal. If AC services are required in hill areas, it will be on a direct payment basis.
    8. Sightseeing days may need to be rescheduled due to the closing of any monument on a particular day to ensure the smooth execution of tours.
    9. Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policies.
    10. Meal timings must be followed as instructed by the hotels. We shall not be responsible for any un-availed meals.
    11. In case of non-payment, either advance or remaining, the company has the right to stop services.
    12. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather and are not liable for it.

In regions like Himachal, Leh Ladakh, Kashmir, Uttarakhand, North East, Andaman & Nicobar, Kerala, Goa, and Rajasthan, hotels are typically categorized based on location, services, and the type of experience they offer, rather than traditional star ratings. These areas often have unique accommodations, ranging from basic guesthouses to luxury resorts, shaped by their geographical and cultural characteristics. In places like Andaman & Nicobar, Rajasthan, and Kerala, the focus is on proximity to natural attractions, heritage experiences, and local amenities, with star classification being less common in remote or heritage properties.

    6. To secure your package booking, an initial payment of 50% is required at the time of reservation.

By Air:

The nearest airport to Manali is Bhuntar Airport (also called Kullu-Manali Airport), located about 50 kilometers from Manali.

Regular flights connect Bhuntar with major cities like Delhi and Chandigarh. From Bhuntar, you can hire a taxi or take a bus to Manali (approx 1.5 hours).


By Train:

The closest railway station is Joginder Nagar Railway Station about 150 kilometers from Manali.

For better connectivity, you can travel to Chandigarh Railway Station (around 310 kilometers) or Ambala Cantt Railway Station (around 300 kilometers) and then proceed to Manali by road.


By Road:

Manali is well connected by road to major cities in North India.

Regular bus services operate from Delhi, Chandigarh, Shimla, and other nearby towns.

You can also hire a private taxi or drive yourself via the scenic NH3 highway.
