  • Itinerary

    Day 1: Guwahati – Shillong (100 km / 3 hrs)

    Upon your arrival in Guwahati, you’ll be transferred to Shillong, the capital of Meghalaya. En route, stop at Umiam Lake (also known as Barapani), the largest artificial lake in Meghalaya. This serene location offers a range of water activities such as sailing, water skiing, and jet skiing, surrounded by beautiful Khasi hills and pine forests (activities at additional cost). Afterward, continue your journey to Shillong and check into your hotel. Overnight stay in Shillong.

    • Dinner

    Day 2: Shillong – Cherrapunjee – Shillong (60 km / 1.5 hrs one way)

    After an early breakfast, depart for Cherrapunjee, one of the wettest places on Earth. Enjoy the picturesque drive, passing waterfalls, deep gorges, and the lush landscape of the region. Visit the Seven Sisters Falls, Mawsmai Cave, and Thangkharang Park. En route back to Shillong, stop at Shillong Peak for stunning views of the surrounding area. Return to Shillong for the night. Overnight stay in Shillong.

    Day 3: Shillong – Kaziranga

    Today, explore the beautiful city of Shillong, known as the "Scotland of the East." Begin with a half-day city tour that includes Ward’s Lake, Lady Hydari Park, the Botanical Garden, and the Butterfly Museum. Visit Elephant Falls and the Mini Zoo near Lady Hydari Park. In the afternoon, drive to Kaziranga National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and home to the largest population of one-horned rhinoceroses. Arrive in Kaziranga and check into your hotel. Overnight stay in Kaziranga.

    Day 4: Kaziranga National Park

    Spend the day exploring the wonders of Kaziranga National Park. Start with an early Elephant Safari, followed by a thrilling Jeep Safari to spot the wildlife of the park, including rhinos, tigers, elephants, and various bird species. (Safari charges are additional). In the afternoon, enjoy leisure time to visit local tea gardens or take another safari. Later, transfer back to Guwahati for the night. Overnight stay in Guwahati.

    Day 5: Kaziranga – Guwahati (220 km / 4 hrs)

    After breakfast, drive back to Guwahati. Upon arrival, visit Srimanta Shankardev Kalakshetra, the Guwahati Zoo, and the State Museum, which showcase the rich culture and heritage of Assam. In the evening, enjoy a Brahmaputra River Cruise, where you can watch the sun set over the river, known locally as ‘Luit’ due to its reddish hue. Overnight stay in Guwahati.

    Day 6: Departure

    In the morning, visit the Maa Kamakhya Temple, one of the holiest Shakti Peethas in India, as well as the Nabagraha Temple and Sukleshwar Temple. You can also stop by local emporiums to purchase ethnic Assam silk and other handicrafts. Afterward, you will be transferred to the airport or railway station for your onward journey.

    2. The company reserves the right to reschedule sightseeing days to ensure the smooth execution of tours. All guests must carry a valid Indian government-issued photo address proof, including for children.
    3. Please provide your pick-up and drop-off times.
    4. For those booking only the cab service, please book or look for hotels within a 9 to 10 km radius of the main city to avoid extra travel charges. Cab operator service hours for local sightseeing are from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM. For safety reasons, please avoid late-night walks. If the vehicle is used late at night, additional compensation for the driver will be required. Please consider all sightseeing activities as per the time and travel schedule. There are no timing restrictions on arrival and departure days.
    5. Please respond by return mail so we can proceed with the advance booking formalities. Upon reflecting the amount in our account, we will send you a reservation voucher.
    6. Help us keep our surroundings clean by avoiding littering, spitting, drinking, and smoking in public places and in all aspects (advisory only).
    7. AC is complimentary in flat areas, but in hill stations, AC will not be used (mostly for North India and North East regions). All vehicles hired are on a point-to-point basis and not on disposal. If AC services are required in hill areas, it will be on a direct payment basis.
    8. Sightseeing days may need to be rescheduled due to the closing of any monument on a particular day to ensure the smooth execution of tours.
    9. Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policies.
    10. Meal timings must be followed as instructed by the hotels. We shall not be responsible for any un-availed meals.
    11. In case of non-payment, either advance or remaining, the company has the right to stop services.
    12. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather and are not liable for it.
    13. In Himachal, Leh Ladakh, Kashmir, Uttarakhand, and North East, the facilities of hotels, services, aids, etc., cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in these regions are categorized based on location, services, and cost, and not as per star categorization (1*, 2*, 3*, 4*, 5*, etc.).

    6. To secure your package booking, an initial payment of 50% is required at the time of reservation.
    7. The remaining 50% of the package cost will be collected either upon arrival on the first day of the tour or 1-7 days prior to the trip.

    3. -If cancelled between 15-29 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
