  • Itinerary

    Your journey begins as our trip leader and vehicle meet you at the Manali Bus Stand. After breakfast, we drive to Rumsu village, the starting point of the trek to Ghankulhadi campsite. The trek involves a moderate ascent and will take around 3 to 4 hours, with occasional breaks. You’ll spend the night camping under the stars at Ghankulhadi.

    • Dinner

    After breakfast, we begin the trek to Chaklani campsite, situated at 3450 meters, offering incredible views of the Manali valley. The trail is mostly easy with some gradual ascents and will take about 4-5 hours to reach the campsite. Enjoy the serene environment and spend the night camping at Chaklani.

    • Breakfast & Dinner

    Today’s trek is longer and more challenging, with both gradual ascents and steep descents. We begin early, trekking for about 3 hours to reach the top of Chandrakhani Pass at 3660 meters. After spending some leisure time at the pass, we begin the steep descent to the Malana campsite, which will take another 3 hours. You’ll stay overnight at Malana campsite.

    • Breakfast & Dinner

    On the final day, the route from Malana Village to the roadhead is short but steep. It will take about 2 hours to reach the roadhead, where our vehicle will be waiting to take you back to Manali, marking the end of the trek.

    2. The company reserves the right to reschedule sightseeing days to ensure the smooth execution of tours. All guests must carry a valid Indian government-issued photo address proof, including for children.
    3. Please provide your pick-up and drop-off times.
    4. For those booking only the cab service, please book or look for hotels within a 9 to 10 km radius of the main city to avoid extra travel charges. Cab operator service hours for local sightseeing are from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM. For safety reasons, please avoid late-night walks. If the vehicle is used late at night, additional compensation for the driver will be required. Please consider all sightseeing activities as per the time and travel schedule. There are no timing restrictions on arrival and departure days.
    5. Please respond by return mail so we can proceed with the advance booking formalities. Upon reflecting the amount in our account, we will send you a reservation voucher.
    6. Help us keep our surroundings clean by avoiding littering, spitting, drinking, and smoking in public places and in all aspects (advisory only).
    7. AC is complimentary in flat areas, but in hill stations, AC will not be used (mostly for North India and North East regions). All vehicles hired are on a point-to-point basis and not on disposal. If AC services are required in hill areas, it will be on a direct payment basis.
    8. Sightseeing days may need to be rescheduled due to the closing of any monument on a particular day to ensure the smooth execution of tours.
    9. Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policies.
    10. Meal timings must be followed as instructed by the hotels. We shall not be responsible for any un-availed meals.
    11. In case of non-payment, either advance or remaining, the company has the right to stop services.
    12. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather and are not liable for it.
    13. In regions like Himachal, Leh Ladakh, Kashmir, Uttarakhand, North East, Andaman & Nicobar, Kerala, Goa, and Rajasthan, hotels are typically categorized based on location, services, and the type of experience they offer, rather than traditional star ratings. These areas often have unique accommodations, ranging from basic guesthouses to luxury resorts, shaped by their geographical and cultural characteristics. In places like Andaman & Nicobar, Rajasthan, and Kerala, the focus is on proximity to natural attractions, heritage experiences, and local amenities, with star classification being less common in remote or heritage properties.

    4. The company shall not be responsible for any delays or cancellations due to heavy traffic jams, blocked roads, technical faults, strikes, natural disasters, or any unforeseen events. Such situations may also require extra services at additional costs.
    5. Reservation Policy for Package Booking
    6. To secure your package booking, an initial payment of 50% is required at the time of reservation.
    7. The remaining 50% of the package cost will be collected either upon arrival on the first day of the tour or 1-7 days prior to the trip.

    9. For flight, train, or bus bookings, a 100% payment is required to confirm the reservation.

    2. -If cancelled 30 days or more prior to departure: 20% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
    3. -If cancelled between 15-29 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
    4. -If cancelled between 0-14 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be deducted.

  2. From Bhuntar, you can take a taxi or a bus to reach Manali, which will take about 1.5 to 2 hours.

By Bus:

  1. Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) buses operate from major cities like Delhi, Chandigarh, and other nearby regions to Manali.
  2. Private buses also run from Delhi, Chandigarh, and other places to Manali. The journey can take around 12-15 hours depending on your departure point.

By Train:

  1. The nearest major railway station is Joginder Nagar Railway Station, located about 160 km from Manali.
  2. Alternatively, you can take a train to Chandigarh or Ambala, and then continue by bus or taxi to Manali.

By Road (Self-drive):

  1. If you prefer driving, you can take the National Highway 3 (NH3) from Delhi, Chandigarh, or other nearby cities. The drive to Manali offers beautiful scenic views and takes around 12-15 hours from Delhi and 7-8 hours from Chandigarh.
