  • Itinerary

    Day 1: Drive from Dehradun to Sankri - 198 km - 8 hrs

    The group will assemble at Dehradun Railway Station (tentative) at 6:00 AM. From here, we'll drive through scenic landscapes to reach Sankri village, the base camp for our trek. Upon arrival, check in to your homestay and relax for the day. In the evening, enjoy a hearty dinner followed by an overnight stay at Sankri.

    Day 2: Drive to Taluka - 15 km - 1 hr & Trek to Seema - 12 km - 6 hrs

    After an early breakfast, we'll drive to Taluka, the trek starting point. From Taluka, we begin our trek to Seema campsite, a trail flanked by lush meadows, dense forests and towering Himalayan peaks. Upon arrival, enjoy lunch and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay in camps at Seema.

    Day 3: Trek from Seema to Kalkatiyadhar - 7 km - 4 hrs

    Post breakfast, we trek alongside the Supin River towards Kalkatiyadhar. The trail offers panoramic views and leads us to a ridge where we get the first glimpse of Har Ki Dun valley. After reaching our campsite nestled in verdant meadows, relax and soak in the surroundings. Dinner and overnight stay in camps at Kalkatiyadhar.

    Day 4: Trek to Boslo via Har Ki Dun - 14 km 7 hrs

    After breakfast, we head towards the iconic Har Ki Dun valley, walking past alpine meadows and cascading waterfalls with the majestic Swargarohini peaks in the backdrop. After exploring the valley, we continue to Boslo, where we camp for the night. Lunch, dinner and overnight stay in camps at Boslo.

    Day 5: Trek from Boslo to Untigaad - 10 km - 6 hrs

    Following breakfast, we trek to Untigaad, a serene campsite surrounded by sparkling streams and snow-capped peaks. Upon arrival, enjoy lunch and a relaxing evening amidst nature. Dinner and overnight stay in camps at Untigaad.

    Day 6: Trek to Devsu Bugyal via Ruinsara Lake - 12 km - 7 hrs

    After breakfast, we trek towards the expansive meadows of Devsu Bugyal. En route, we visit the stunning Ruinsara Lake, a pristine alpine lake nestled beside the Supin River. Upon reaching Devsu Bugyal, we check into our campsite and relax. Dinner and overnight stay in camps at Devsu Bugyal.

    Day 7: Trek to Taluka - 15 km - 8 hrs & Drive to Sankri - 15 km - 1 hr

    After breakfast, we descend to Taluka through forested trails. From Taluka, we'll board our vehicle and drive back to Sankri. Upon arrival, check into your homestay and relax. Dinner and overnight stay at Sankri.

    Day 8: Drive from Sankri to Dehradun - 200 km- 8 hrs - Trip Ends

    After an early breakfast, we'll check out and drive back to Dehradun. The journey concludes as the group parts ways with beautiful memories of the Himalayas.

    2. The company reserves the right to reschedule sightseeing days to ensure the smooth execution of tours. All guests must carry a valid Indian government-issued photo address proof, including for children.
    3. Please provide your pick-up and drop-off times.
    4. For those booking only the cab service, please book or look for hotels within a 9 to 10 km radius of the main city to avoid extra travel charges. Cab operator service hours for local sightseeing are from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM. For safety reasons, please avoid late-night walks. If the vehicle is used late at night, additional compensation for the driver will be required. Please consider all sightseeing activities as per the time and travel schedule. There are no timing restrictions on arrival and departure days.
    5. Please respond by return mail so we can proceed with the advance booking formalities. Upon reflecting the amount in our account, we will send you a reservation voucher.
    6. Help us keep our surroundings clean by avoiding littering, spitting, drinking, and smoking in public places and in all aspects (advisory only).
    7. AC is complimentary in flat areas, but in hill stations, AC will not be used (mostly for North India and North East regions). All vehicles hired are on a point-to-point basis and not on disposal. If AC services are required in hill areas, it will be on a direct payment basis.
    8. Sightseeing days may need to be rescheduled due to the closing of any monument on a particular day to ensure the smooth execution of tours.
    9. Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policies.
    10. Meal timings must be followed as instructed by the hotels. We shall not be responsible for any un-availed meals.
    11. In case of non-payment, either advance or remaining, the company has the right to stop services.
    12. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather and are not liable for it.
    13. In Himachal, Leh Ladakh, Kashmir, Uttarakhand, and North East, the facilities of hotels, services, aids, etc., cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in these regions are categorized based on location, services, and cost, and not as per star categorization (1*, 2*, 3*, 4*, 5*, etc.).

    2. Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, including passport, visa, and travel insurance, are in order.

    4. The company shall not be responsible for any delays or cancellations due to heavy traffic jams, blocked roads, technical faults, strikes, natural disasters, or any unforeseen events. Such situations may also require extra services at additional costs.
    5. Reservation Policy for Package Booking
    6. To secure your package booking, an initial payment of 50% is required at the time of reservation.
    7. The remaining 50% of the package cost will be collected either upon arrival on the first day of the tour or 1-7 days prior to the trip.

    9. For flight, train, or bus bookings, a 100% payment is required to confirm the reservation.

    15. Fixed Departure Dates: The tour will depart on the fixed dates mentioned in the itinerary. No changes or amendments will be allowed.
    16. Company's Rights: The company reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural calamities, political unrest, or other factors beyond our control.

    2. -If cancelled 30 days or more prior to departure: 20% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
    3. -If cancelled between 15-29 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
    4. -If cancelled between 0-14 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be deducted.

  1. The nearest airport to Dehradun is Jolly Grant Airport (DED), approximately 30 km away from Dehradun city. From the airport, you can hire a taxi or take a pre-booked cab to Dehradun Railway Station or the pickup point for your trek.

By Train:

  1. Dehradun has a major railway station, Dehradun Railway Station (DDN), which is well-connected to other cities in India. You can easily reach Dehradun via trains from cities like Delhi, Haridwar, and other northern regions.
  2. Upon arrival at the station, you will be guided to the pickup point for the trek.

By Bus:

  1. Dehradun is well-connected by bus from major cities like Delhi, Haridwar, and Rishikesh. You can book a bus from ISBT Kashmiri Gate (Delhi) to Dehradun. From Dehradun’s bus station, you can easily reach the pickup point.
