    Day 1: Departure from Delhi to Kasol – Overnight Journey

    The group will assemble at the Majnu Ka Tila Bus Stand between 6 PM to 7 PM tentative Meet your team captains and attend a short tour briefing session After introductions and initial excitement we’ll embark on our overnight journey to Kasol in a comfortable tempo traveler or bus Enjoy group bonding sessions and get to know your fellow travelers as the journey unfolds under the stars

    Day 2: Chalal Village Exploration – Café Hopping in Kasol

    Welcome to the enchanting Parvati Valley Upon reaching Kasol we’ll check in to our hotel and relax In the afternoon we’ll set out on a short hike to Chalal Village a peaceful hamlet offering stunning valley views In the evening explore Kasol’s vibrant local market and indulge in some café hopping sampling the best bites and vibes the town has to offer

    Day 3: Trek to Kheerganga – Camp at Rudranaag

    After an early breakfast we drive to Barshaini the starting point of our Kheerganga trek Trek through dense pine forests charming villages waterfalls and scenic cafés en route At Kheerganga soak in majestic views of Pin Parvati Tosh Glaciers and Sar Pass After some time at the top we’ll descend to Rudranaag where our campsite awaits Enjoy group bonding under the starry sky surrounded by the tranquil Himalayas Dinner and overnight stay at Rudranaag campsite

    Day 4: Return to Kasol – Visit Manikaran Gurudwara – Departure for Delhi

    Wake up early for breakfast and start the descent back to Barshaini Time permitting we’ll visit the sacred Manikaran Gurudwara known for its hot springs and spiritual energy We then return to Kasol freshen up and board our overnight bus back to Delhi bringing an end to an unforgettable Himalayan adventure

    2. The company reserves the right to reschedule sightseeing days to ensure the smooth execution of tours. All guests must carry a valid Indian government-issued photo address proof, including for children.
    3. Please provide your pick-up and drop-off times.
    4. For those booking only the cab service, please book or look for hotels within a 9 to 10 km radius of the main city to avoid extra travel charges. Cab operator service hours for local sightseeing are from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM. For safety reasons, please avoid late-night walks. If the vehicle is used late at night, additional compensation for the driver will be required. Please consider all sightseeing activities as per the time and travel schedule. There are no timing restrictions on arrival and departure days.
    5. Please respond by return mail so we can proceed with the advance booking formalities. Upon reflecting the amount in our account, we will send you a reservation voucher.
    6. Help us keep our surroundings clean by avoiding littering, spitting, drinking, and smoking in public places and in all aspects (advisory only).
    7. AC is complimentary in flat areas, but in hill stations, AC will not be used (mostly for North India and North East regions). All vehicles hired are on a point-to-point basis and not on disposal. If AC services are required in hill areas, it will be on a direct payment basis.
    8. Sightseeing days may need to be rescheduled due to the closing of any monument on a particular day to ensure the smooth execution of tours.
    9. Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policies.
    10. Meal timings must be followed as instructed by the hotels. We shall not be responsible for any un-availed meals.
    11. In case of non-payment, either advance or remaining, the company has the right to stop services.
    12. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather and are not liable for it.

In regions like Himachal, Leh Ladakh, Kashmir, Uttarakhand, North East, Andaman & Nicobar, Kerala, Goa, and Rajasthan, hotels are typically categorized based on location, services, and the type of experience they offer, rather than traditional star ratings. These areas often have unique accommodations, ranging from basic guesthouses to luxury resorts, shaped by their geographical and cultural characteristics. In places like Andaman & Nicobar, Rajasthan, and Kerala, the focus is on proximity to natural attractions, heritage experiences, and local amenities, with star classification being less common in remote or heritage properties.

    6. To secure your package booking, an initial payment of 50% is required at the time of reservation.
    7. The remaining 50% of the package cost will be collected either upon arrival on the first day of the tour or 1-7 days prior to the trip.

    2. -If cancelled 30 days or more prior to departure: 20% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
    3. -If cancelled between 15-29 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
    4. -If cancelled between 0-14 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be deducted.

By Road:

  1. The nearest airport is Kullu–Manali Airport (Bhuntar), located around 31 km from Kasol.
  2. You can take a flight to Bhuntar from Delhi or Chandigarh, then hire a taxi or take a local bus to reach Kasol.

By Train:

  1. The nearest railway station is Joginder Nagar, approximately 145 km from Kasol.
  2. However, most travelers prefer to take a train to Chandigarh or Pathankot, then travel by road to Kasol.
