  • Itinerary

    Day 1: Delhi to Joshimath (505 kms)

    The group will gather at the pick-up point at 8:30 PM (tentative). After a brief introduction session by the Trip Captain, we will begin our overnight journey to Joshimath. This town serves as the gateway to several Himalayan pilgrimage sites, trekking trails, and mountain expeditions.

    Day 2: Arrival in Joshimath | Leisure Day

    As we make our way to Joshimath along the Badrinath road, we will be treated to stunning views of the Ganga River’s four sacred confluences: Devprayag, Rudraprayag, Karnaprayag, and Nandaprayag. The Alaknanda River will accompany us throughout this scenic journey. Upon arrival, we will check into our hotel and the rest of the day will be at leisure. Feel free to explore the local area with a relaxed walk. Dinner will be followed by an overnight stay in Joshimath.

    Day 3: Joshimath to Auli (12 kms) and Back

    After an early breakfast, we will head towards Auli, a famous Himalayan ski resort surrounded by Nanda Devi and Nar Parvat mountains. We will explore Auli's breathtaking beauty through a chair lift or local cab. Afterward, we will return to Joshimath. Dinner will be followed by an overnight stay in Joshimath.

    Day 4: Joshimath to Chopta (145 kms)

    After breakfast, we will embark on a journey towards Chopta, a hidden gem of Uttarakhand. Upon arrival, we will check into our campsites and unwind amidst the serene natural surroundings. Dinner will be followed by an overnight stay in Chopta.

    Day 5: Deoria Tal Trek and Proceed to Rishikesh

    After breakfast, we will check out from our campsites and drive to Sari Village. From there, we will start the trek to Deoria Tal, a stunning lake known for reflecting the Chaukhamba peaks on its serene surface. After the trek, we will head towards Rishikesh and arrive by evening. Rishikesh, known as the Yoga Capital of India, is blessed by the holy Ganga River. Upon arrival, we will check into our accommodations. Dinner will be followed by an overnight stay in Rishikesh.

    Day 6: Rafting and Rishikesh Sightseeing | Overnight Journey to Delhi

    After breakfast, we’ll start the day with an exciting rafting session on the Ganga River. Later, we’ll explore two iconic bridges: Ram Jhula and Janki Setu. At sunset, we’ll participate in the sacred Ganga Aarti, witnessing the river’s changing colors. After a day full of adventure and exploration, we’ll begin our overnight journey back to Delhi.

    2. The company reserves the right to reschedule sightseeing days to ensure the smooth execution of tours. All guests must carry a valid Indian government-issued photo address proof, including for children.
    3. Please provide your pick-up and drop-off times.
    4. For those booking only the cab service, please book or look for hotels within a 9 to 10 km radius of the main city to avoid extra travel charges. Cab operator service hours for local sightseeing are from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM. For safety reasons, please avoid late-night walks. If the vehicle is used late at night, additional compensation for the driver will be required. Please consider all sightseeing activities as per the time and travel schedule. There are no timing restrictions on arrival and departure days.
    5. Please respond by return mail so we can proceed with the advance booking formalities. Upon reflecting the amount in our account, we will send you a reservation voucher.
    6. Help us keep our surroundings clean by avoiding littering, spitting, drinking, and smoking in public places and in all aspects (advisory only).
    7. AC is complimentary in flat areas, but in hill stations, AC will not be used (mostly for North India and North East regions). All vehicles hired are on a point-to-point basis and not on disposal. If AC services are required in hill areas, it will be on a direct payment basis.
    8. Sightseeing days may need to be rescheduled due to the closing of any monument on a particular day to ensure the smooth execution of tours.
    9. Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policies.
    10. Meal timings must be followed as instructed by the hotels. We shall not be responsible for any un-availed meals.
    11. In case of non-payment, either advance or remaining, the company has the right to stop services.
    12. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather and are not liable for it.
    13. In Himachal, Leh Ladakh, Kashmir, Uttarakhand, and North East, the facilities of hotels, services, aids, etc., cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in these regions are categorized based on location, services, and cost, and not as per star categorization (1*, 2*, 3*, 4*, 5*, etc.).

    4. The company shall not be responsible for any delays or cancellations due to heavy traffic jams, blocked roads, technical faults, strikes, natural disasters, or any unforeseen events. Such situations may also require extra services at additional costs.

    6. To secure your package booking, an initial payment of 50% is required at the time of reservation.
    7. The remaining 50% of the package cost will be collected either upon arrival on the first day of the tour or 1-7 days prior to the trip.

    9. For flight, train, or bus bookings, a 100% payment is required to confirm the reservation.

    16. Company's Rights: The company reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural calamities, political unrest, or other factors beyond our control.

    2. -If cancelled 30 days or more prior to departure: 20% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
    3. -If cancelled between 15-29 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
    4. -If cancelled between 0-14 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
