  • Itinerary

    Upon arrival at Haridwar Railway Station or Dehradun Airport/Railway Station, meet our representative and begin your scenic drive towards Barkot via Mussoorie. En route, stop at the famous Kempty Falls, a perfect spot to relax and have lunch, as dining options become limited ahead. Continue your journey to Barkot and check in to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to rest and acclimatize for the Yamunotri trek the following day. Overnight stay: Barkot

    Early morning, drive to Janki Chatti / Phool Chatti, the base point for the Yamunotri trek. Begin your trek to Yamunotri Temple, dedicated to Goddess Yamuna. Pilgrims may trek on foot or hire a pony or palanquin (at own cost). The route passes through scenic valleys filled with pine forests, rhododendrons, and Himalayan flora. After darshan, return by the same route to Barkot. Overnight stay: Barkot

    After breakfast, proceed to Uttarkashi, a sacred town located on the banks of the Bhagirathi River. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel. Later, visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple and nearby spiritual sites. The evening is free for leisure and rest. Overnight stay: Uttarkashi

    Early morning drive to Gangotri, passing through Gangnani, where you may take a holy dip in the natural hot water spring (Garam Kund). Continue via the breathtaking Harsil Valley, known for deodar forests and snow-capped peaks. On arrival at Gangotri, take a sacred bath in the Bhagirathi River and perform darshan and pooja at Gangotri Temple. Return to Uttarkashi by evening. Overnight stay: Uttarkashi

    After breakfast, drive towards Guptkashi via Moolgarh and Lambgaon. En route, enjoy views of the Mandakini River at Tilwara, flowing from Kedarnath. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel. In the evening, visit the revered Ardh Narishwar Temple. Overnight stay: Guptkashi

    • Breakfast & Dinner

    After breakfast, depart for Kedarnath Dham. By Trek: Drive to Sonprayag, take a local shuttle to Gaurikund, and begin the 19 km trek to Kedarnath. After darshan at Kedarnath Temple, stay overnight near the shrine. By Helicopter (optional): Transfer to the pre-booked helipad for a helicopter flight to Kedarnath (ticket not included). Please inform the driver of arrival time in advance. Overnight stay: Kedarnath

    Early morning, attend the sacred Abhishek and morning darshan at Kedarnath Temple. After darshan, trek back to Gaurikund and continue by road to Guptkashi. Check in at the hotel and relax. Overnight stay: Guptkashi

    After breakfast, drive to Badrinath via Joshimath. On arrival, check in to the hotel. Pilgrims may take a holy dip in Tapt Kund before attending darshan and evening aarti at Badrinath Temple. Visit Brahma Kapal, an important site for ancestral rituals. Overnight stay: Badrinath Nearby Attractions: Mana Village (last Indian village before Tibet) Vyas Gufa Bhim Pul Charan Paduka Saraswati River origin Badrinath Weather: Cool climate throughout the year; warm woolens required.     Reservation & Payment Policy

    Package Tour Reservation

    To confirm a package tour booking, 50% of the total tour cost must be paid at the time of reservation.

    The remaining 50% balance amount must be paid either 1–7 days before tours commencement or on the first day of arrival, as mutually agreed.

    Flight / Train / Bus Reservation

    For air tickets, railway tickets, or bus bookings, full (100%) payment is mandatory to secure the reservation.

    Ticket bookings are subject to availability and follow the cancellation rules of the respective service provider.

    Advance Payment Methods

    Guests may make advance payments through the following secure options:

    Changes in Schedule

    Travel plans may be modified due to weather, road conditions, landslides, government orders, or safety concerns.

    The tour operator holds the right to adjust routes, halt travel, or change night halts when required.

    Hotels & Accommodation

    Accommodation will be provided as per the selected category.

    In case a hotel is unavailable, an alternative hotel of similar standard will be arranged.

    Early check-in, late check-out, or room upgrades depend on hotel policy and availability.

    Transport Services

    Vehicles are arranged according to the itinerary and seating capacity.

    Air-conditioning may not be operational in mountainous areas for safety reasons.

    Vehicle use is limited to planned sightseeing and transfers only.

    Meals Arrangement

    Meals will be served as specified in the tour plan.

    Meal types are fixed; special dietary requests are subject to hotel discretion.

    No compensation will be provided for meals missed by the guest.

    Health & Physical Fitness

    The Char Dham Yatra involves high altitude travel and trekking, especially for Kedarnath.

    Guests should ensure they are medically fit before joining the tour.

    The tour operator will not be responsible for any health issues during the journey.

    Trekking & Optional Services

    Pony, palki, doli, or helicopter services are optional and chargeable separately.

    Availability of helicopter services depends on weather and government permissions.

    Any delay or cancellation of optional services is beyond the operator’s control.

    Temple Darshan

    Temple darshan is subject to local administration rules, crowd size, and temple timings.

    Special or priority darshan is not guaranteed and may involve extra charges.

    Unforeseen Situations

    The tour operator will not be liable for delays or disruptions caused by natural calamities, strikes, political situations, pandemics, or other uncontrollable events.

    Personal Responsibility

    Guests are responsible for their own luggage, documents, and valuables.

    Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings is not the operator’s responsibility.

    Identity & Registration

    Valid government-issued photo identification is mandatory during the journey.

    Char Dham registration and biometric verification must be completed as per government guidelines.

    Tour Responsibility

    The tour operator acts only as a travel coordinator and shall not be held liable for accidents, injuries, illness, or loss of life during the tour.

    Agreement

    By confirming the booking, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions mentioned above.

    Fixed Departure Policy

    Tours operate strictly on pre-scheduled fixed departure dates as mentioned in the itinerary.

    Requests for date changes, postponements, or itinerary alterations are not permitted once the booking is confirmed.

    Company Rights & Tour Modifications

    The company reserves the full right to modify, postpone, or cancel the tour itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, weather conditions, political situations, road closures, or any other events beyond operational control.

    In such cases, guest safety will always remain the top priority.

    Tours operate strictly on pre-scheduled fixed departure dates as mentioned in the itinerary.

    Cancellation Policy

    If a booking is cancelled 30 days or more before the tour start date, a processing charge will be deducted from the total package cost.

    Cancellations made 15–29 days prior to the tour departure will attract a 50% cancellation charge of the total tour cost.

    Cancellations made 7–14 days prior to the tour start date will incur a 75% cancellation charge.

    Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour commencement or no-show situations will be treated as 100% cancellation, and no refund will be applicable.

    Important Notes

    No refund will be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, or early tour termination by the guest.

    All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official communication channels.

    Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days after cancellation confirmation.

    Special Services

    Payments made towards flight tickets, train tickets, helicopter services, permits, or priority arrangements are non-refundable once booked, as per service provider rules.

    Cancellation charges for such services will be governed by the respective airline, IRCTC, helicopter operator, or authority.

    Force Majeure

    No refunds shall be claimed for cancellations arising due to natural calamities, weather disruptions, road closures, government restrictions, pandemics, or any circumstances beyond operational control.

    In such situations, the company will make best efforts to offer alternative arrangements, subject to feasibility.

    Company Discretion

    The company reserves the right to amend or revise the cancellation policy without prior notice.

    Final decisions regarding refunds and cancellations will remain at the sole discretion of the company.

  2. From Delhi, travelers can proceed to Haridwar by road or train.
  3. For quicker access, Dehradun’s Jolly Grant Airport (DED) is the closest airport to Haridwar (approx. 40 km). Regular flights operate from Delhi to Dehradun.
  4. Helicopter services for Kedarnath are available from designated helipads, subject to weather and government permissions.

By Train

  1. Haridwar Junction is one of the most convenient railheads for the Char Dham Yatra. It is well connected with Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, and other major cities.
  2. Rishikesh Railway Station is another nearby option with limited train connectivity.
  3. From Haridwar or Rishikesh, onward travel to Char Dham destinations is done by road.

By Road

  1. Haridwar is well connected by national highways from Delhi, Dehradun, Rishikesh, and Chandigarh.
  2. Regular buses, taxis, and private vehicles are available from Delhi and nearby cities.
  3. All Char Dham destinations—Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath—are accessible by motorable roads up to their respective base points, followed by trekking where required.

Local Travel During Yatra

  1. Travel within the Char Dham circuit is primarily by road using mountain vehicles.
  2. Trekking is required for Yamunotri and Kedarnath, with optional services like pony, palki, or helicopter (at additional cost).
  3. Road conditions and travel times may vary due to weather and terrain.

Important Travel Advice

  1. It is advisable to plan arrivals at Delhi or Haridwar one day prior to the tour start date.
  2. Weather conditions in the Himalayas can affect travel schedules; flexibility is recommended.
