  • Itinerary

    Day 1: Holi Celebrations in Rishikesh

    Start your adventure with an early morning stop at Haridwar, where you’ll witness the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri. Afterward, we continue our journey to the Rishikesh campsite. Upon arrival, check in, enjoy some tea and breakfast, and kick off the Holi celebrations with colors and music! After lunch at the campsite, take a short hike to the serene Ganga River, returning to the campsite afterward. The evening is filled with warmth and camaraderie around a bonfire, followed by delicious evening snacks and a satisfying dinner.

    Day 2: Rafting & Rock Climbing Adventures

    The day begins with morning tea, followed by a small trek nearby the campsite. Afterward, enjoy a hearty breakfast before setting off for rafting. A 20-minute trek brings you to the rafting point, where you’ll gear up for an exciting rafting experience in the chilly Ganga River. Along the way, you'll body surf and enjoy cliff jumping at Maggie Point. Post-rafting, our vehicle will drop you at the Shivpuri Bridge, where you’ll trek back to the campsite and enjoy a hot, freshly prepared lunch. Afterward, prepare for an exciting rock climbing and rappelling adventure, which takes you to the climbing rock located just a 20-25 minute trek from the camp. As the day winds down, gather around the bonfire for some evening snacks and a hearty dinner.

    Day 3: Rishikesh Sightseeing & Return to Delhi

    After breakfast, check out from the campsite and explore the charming lanes of Rishikesh. Indulge in local food, visit temples, explore the serene beaches, and go cafe hopping. Take a moment to visit the iconic Beatles Ashram, with 2-3 hours set aside for the complete sightseeing experience. By 2 PM, we begin our return journey to Delhi, arriving by 8 PM, marking the end of a memorable trip.

    2. The company reserves the right to reschedule sightseeing days to ensure the smooth execution of tours. All guests must carry a valid Indian government-issued photo address proof, including for children.
    3. Please provide your pick-up and drop-off times.
    4. For those booking only the cab service, please book or look for hotels within a 9 to 10 km radius of the main city to avoid extra travel charges. Cab operator service hours for local sightseeing are from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM. For safety reasons, please avoid late-night walks. If the vehicle is used late at night, additional compensation for the driver will be required. Please consider all sightseeing activities as per the time and travel schedule. There are no timing restrictions on arrival and departure days.
    5. Please respond by return mail so we can proceed with the advance booking formalities. Upon reflecting the amount in our account, we will send you a reservation voucher.
    6. Help us keep our surroundings clean by avoiding littering, spitting, drinking, and smoking in public places and in all aspects (advisory only).
    7. AC is complimentary in flat areas, but in hill stations, AC will not be used (mostly for North India and North East regions). All vehicles hired are on a point-to-point basis and not on disposal. If AC services are required in hill areas, it will be on a direct payment basis.
    8. Sightseeing days may need to be rescheduled due to the closing of any monument on a particular day to ensure the smooth execution of tours.
    9. Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policies.
    10. Meal timings must be followed as instructed by the hotels. We shall not be responsible for any un-availed meals.
    11. In case of non-payment, either advance or remaining, the company has the right to stop services.
    12. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather and are not liable for it.
    13. In Himachal, Leh Ladakh, Kashmir, Uttarakhand, and North East, the facilities of hotels, services, aids, etc., cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in these regions are categorized based on location, services, and cost, and not as per star categorization (1*, 2*, 3*, 4*, 5*, etc.).

    2. Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, including passport, visa, and travel insurance, are in order.
    3. No discount will be provided after confirmation.
    4. The company shall not be responsible for any delays or cancellations due to heavy traffic jams, blocked roads, technical faults, strikes, natural disasters, or any unforeseen events. Such situations may also require extra services at additional costs.
    5. Reservation Policy for Package Booking
    6. To secure your package booking, an initial payment of 50% is required at the time of reservation.
    7. The remaining 50% of the package cost will be collected either upon arrival on the first day of the tour or 1-7 days prior to the trip.

    9. For flight, train, or bus bookings, a 100% payment is required to confirm the reservation.

    15. Fixed Departure Dates: The tour will depart on the fixed dates mentioned in the itinerary. No changes or amendments will be allowed.
    16. Company's Rights: The company reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural calamities, political unrest, or other factors beyond our control.

    2. -If cancelled 30 days or more prior to departure: 20% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
    3. -If cancelled between 15-29 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
    4. -If cancelled between 0-14 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be deducted.

By Train:

  2. Many private and state-run buses operate between ISBT Kashmiri Gate in Delhi and Rishikesh. The journey typically takes around 6-7 hours by bus.
