  • Itinerary

    Day 1 Delhi to McLeod Ganj Overnight Journey

    The journey begins in the evening at 7 PM from Kashmere Gate Delhi where the group assembles and meets the team captains for a quick tour briefing. After everyone is ready the overnight journey to McLeod Ganj starts. Known for its vibrant Tibetan culture McLeod Ganj is nestled in the beautiful hills of Himachal Pradesh setting the perfect tone for the adventure ahead.

    Day 2 Arrival in McLeod Ganj Local Sightseeing

    Upon arrival in McLeod Ganj you will check into your hotel by early afternoon and enjoy some leisure time to relax. Later the group will explore the town’s key attractions including the serene Namgyal Monastery the scenic Bhagsunag Waterfall and the bustling Tibetan Market. The day also includes café hopping where you can indulge in delicious Tibetan delicacies. The day ends with a comfortable overnight stay in McLeod Ganj.

    Day 3 Trek to Triund 9 Kilometers 5 Hours

    After an early breakfast the group embarks on a beautiful 9 kilometer trek to Triund Hill located at the foothills of the majestic Dhauladhar range. Along the trail you will be surrounded by lush pine forests and expansive grasslands. The trek offers stunning panoramic views of the Kangra Valley from an elevation of 9432 feet. After reaching the campsite spend the night camping under a star filled sky with dinner served amidst the peaceful Himalayan surroundings.

    Day 4 Return to McLeod Ganj Departure to Delhi

    Following an early morning breakfast the group will descend back to McLeod Ganj. Once back in town there will be some free time to explore local cafes and soak in the atmosphere. In the evening the group boards the overnight bus to begin the journey back to Delhi marking the end of this memorable trek.

    4. For those booking only the cab service, please book or look for hotels within a 9 to 10 km radius of the main city to avoid extra travel charges. Cab operator service hours for local sightseeing are from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM. For safety reasons, please avoid late-night walks. If the vehicle is used late at night, additional compensation for the driver will be required. Please consider all sightseeing activities as per the time and travel schedule. There are no timing restrictions on arrival and departure days.
    5. Please respond by return mail so we can proceed with the advance booking formalities. Upon reflecting the amount in our account, we will send you a reservation voucher.
    6. Help us keep our surroundings clean by avoiding littering, spitting, drinking, and smoking in public places and in all aspects (advisory only).
    7. AC is complimentary in flat areas, but in hill stations, AC will not be used (mostly for North India and North East regions). All vehicles hired are on a point-to-point basis and not on disposal. If AC services are required in hill areas, it will be on a direct payment basis.
    8. Sightseeing days may need to be rescheduled due to the closing of any monument on a particular day to ensure the smooth execution of tours.
    9. Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policies.
    10. Meal timings must be followed as instructed by the hotels. We shall not be responsible for any un-availed meals.
    11. In case of non-payment, either advance or remaining, the company has the right to stop services.
    12. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather and are not liable for it.
    13. In Himachal, Leh Ladakh, Kashmir, Uttarakhand, and North East, the facilities of hotels, services, aids, etc., cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in these regions are categorized based on location, services, and cost, and not as per star categorization (1*, 2*, 3*, 4*, 5*, etc.).

    7. The remaining 50% of the package cost will be collected either upon arrival on the first day of the tour or 1-7 days prior to the trip.

    2. -If cancelled 30 days or more prior to departure: 20% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
    3. -If cancelled between 15-29 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
