  • Itinerary

    Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar – Houseboat Stay & Shikara Ride

    Welcome to heavenly Kashmir! Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, meet and greet by our representative, who will assist in transferring you to your pre-booked hotel. Later, check into the houseboat at 2 PM. In the evening, enjoy a Shikara ride (on your own) to Nehru Park on Dal Lake. Overnight stay at the hotel in Srinagar.

    Day 2: Srinagar Sightseeing – Mughal Gardens & Hazratbal Shrine

    After a delicious breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour of the beautiful Mughal Gardens: Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, Tulip Garden (Asia’s largest tulip garden, seasonal), Botanical Garden, Pari Mahal, and Chashma Shahi. Enjoy the stunning backdrop of the Zabarwan Hills throughout the tour. Also visit the revered Hazratbal Shrine. After a delightful day, transfer back to your hotel, check-in, and overnight stay in Srinagar.

    Day 3: Srinagar to Sonmarg – Meadows & Glacier Excursion

    After breakfast, check out and proceed to Sonmarg — the "Meadow of Gold". Enjoy the scenic drive through the beautiful Sindh Valley. You may opt for River Rafting (on your own) or take a pony ride (on your own) to visit the enchanting Thajiwas Glacier, where snow remains year-round. Sonmarg is also known as the Gateway to Leh–Ladakh. Later, check into the hotel and enjoy an overnight stay in Sonmarg.

    Day 4: Sonmarg to Gulmarg – Ski Slopes & Gondola Ride – Return to Srinagar

    After breakfast, drive to Gulmarg, famously known as the “Meadow of Flowers”, situated at 2730 meters above sea level. The 56 km drive (approx. 2 hours) is scenic, especially from Tangmarg to Gulmarg. Visit one of the world’s best ski slopes and the highest golf course with 18 holes. Weather permitting, enjoy views of Nanga Parbat. You can also opt for a Gondola ride to Kongdori or Khilanmarg (on direct payment basis). Later, drive back to Srinagar for an overnight stay in the hotel.

    Day 5: Departure from Srinagar – Tour Ends

    2. The company reserves the right to reschedule sightseeing days to ensure the smooth execution of tours. All guests must carry a valid Indian government-issued photo address proof, including for children.
    3. Please provide your pick-up and drop-off times.
    4. For those booking only the cab service, please book or look for hotels within a 9 to 10 km radius of the main city to avoid extra travel charges. Cab operator service hours for local sightseeing are from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM. For safety reasons, please avoid late-night walks. If the vehicle is used late at night, additional compensation for the driver will be required. Please consider all sightseeing activities as per the time and travel schedule. There are no timing restrictions on arrival and departure days.
    5. Please respond by return mail so we can proceed with the advance booking formalities. Upon reflecting the amount in our account, we will send you a reservation voucher.
    6. Help us keep our surroundings clean by avoiding littering, spitting, drinking, and smoking in public places and in all aspects (advisory only).
    7. AC is complimentary in flat areas, but in hill stations, AC will not be used (mostly for North India and North East regions). All vehicles hired are on a point-to-point basis and not on disposal. If AC services are required in hill areas, it will be on a direct payment basis.
    8. Sightseeing days may need to be rescheduled due to the closing of any monument on a particular day to ensure the smooth execution of tours.
    9. Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policies.
    10. Meal timings must be followed as instructed by the hotels. We shall not be responsible for any un-availed meals.
    11. In case of non-payment, either advance or remaining, the company has the right to stop services.
    12. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather and are not liable for it.
    13. In Himachal, Leh Ladakh, Kashmir, Uttarakhand, and North East, the facilities of hotels, services, aids, etc., cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in these regions are categorized based on location, services, and cost, and not as per star categorization (1*, 2*, 3*, 4*, 5*, etc.).

    2. Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, including passport, visa, and travel insurance, are in order.

    4. The company shall not be responsible for any delays or cancellations due to heavy traffic jams, blocked roads, technical faults, strikes, natural disasters, or any unforeseen events. Such situations may also require extra services at additional costs.
    5. Reservation Policy for Package Booking
    6. To secure your package booking, an initial payment of 50% is required at the time of reservation.
    7. The remaining 50% of the package cost will be collected either upon arrival on the first day of the tour or 1-7 days prior to the trip.

    9. For flight, train, or bus bookings, a 100% payment is required to confirm the reservation.

    15. Fixed Departure Dates: The tour will depart on the fixed dates mentioned in the itinerary. No changes or amendments will be allowed.
    16. Company's Rights: The company reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural calamities, political unrest, or other factors beyond our control.

    2. -If cancelled 30 days or more prior to departure: 20% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
    3. -If cancelled between 15-29 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
    4. -If cancelled between 0-14 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be deducted.

How To Reach

By Air

The fastest and most convenient way to reach Kashmir is by air. Sheikh ul-Alam International Airport, Srinagar (SXR) is well connected with regular direct flights from major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Jammu. The airport is located about 12 km from the main city center of Srinagar.

By Train

The nearest major railway station is Jammu Tawi Railway Station, about 270 km from Srinagar. From Jammu, you can hire a taxi or board a bus to reach Srinagar. Work is ongoing to extend the railway line closer to Srinagar (Udhampur–Srinagar–Baramulla rail link).

By Road

Srinagar is well connected by road through National Highway 44 (NH44). You can drive or hire a cab from Jammu to Srinagar, which takes around 6 to 7 hours. Government and private deluxe buses also operate between Jammu and Srinagar, offering scenic road trips through Banihal Pass and the Jawahar Tunnel.
